It will just end up in people's "bulk mail" folders, where nobody will ever see it, and it will train major email services like yahoo and gmail, etc that you are a spammer so that in the future, personal and well-targeted emails that you send will end up in "bulk mail" If you really want to do it, by law you have to provide your company information (name, street address, etc) in the email. You also have to provide a way for people to "opt-out" -- you have to keep the list of people who opted out, and you can't email them again. Granted, there are a lot of people out there breaking the law (at least as evidenced by the amount of SPAM I get), but I recommend considering some different ways to get your message out.
